Stick Warranty

1. If a composite hockey stick is broken due to a manufacturing defect, within 30 days of being received, it may be eligible for a one-time replacement.
2. The warranty policy does not cover any breakages due to misuse or abuse.
3. The manufacturer handles the warranty directly for online purchases. View the «Warranty» section on the product's page for details. Take note warranty periods and conditions will vary by manufacturer and an original proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or defective items

1. All packages are inspected before they ship from our warehouse. An item that was discovered to be damaged or defective upon reception can be replaced if the item hasn't been used.
2. Hockey Supremacy will replace the item and ship the replacement to you free of charge. We will do everything in our power to ensure that your item is replaced promptly and without hassle.
3. If the item is not available or produced anymore, you will be issued a store credit for the original cost of the damaged item.
