Our XCORE Gen 2 insert has been redesigned and redistributed within the middle of the blade. With a 3 X larger sweet spot, the new insert provides increased absorption and dampens the initial puck impact for greater feel and accuracy.

Great stick, little soft I have use the stick for 4 games and it has been reliable. Lightweight and seems durable. I find TRUE sticks in general to be too soft though. I generally buy 75 flex and it is perfect. But for this one I should have gone to 85 flex.. Hopefully it doesn't soften as i play with it

Great bang for your buck! Just a great all-round stick for the price. Light and responsive - with no extra bells & whistles. The MC curve that True offers is just what I like, and the slightly (but not too much) squared shaft is what I grew up with, so this stick is exactly what I was looking for.

Responsive stick Can't say much about the durability because I've used it twice. However, it does feel accurate in terms of I can put it where I'm looking. Wristers snap nicely and slapshots have nice velocity. The puck feels normal and natural. Don't even think about the feeling of the puck with stickhandling. Overall, this is a great stick. I've previously been using the Bauer Nexus (great all around stick) and Sherwood Gen II (durable). Definitely better than both in terms of feel of the stick.

Good stick for the money when it's on sale - toe durability an issue Same with my 5.2, this stick has toe durability issues. The toe will fray and chip away within a few hard sessions, and the blade subsequently loses pop. Love the balance of the stick though, can put it anywhere i want. I've got an MC curve (P88) and it tends low which is my preference. I'd probably look at a bauer next time for the durability. The gimmick of this stick is the core insert in the blade which dampens it. I prefer the lightness of the 5.2 over the xc7, but this stick is still incredibly light.

Great palm replacement I absolutely love the replaceable palm feature. It's so quick and handy! The only thing I think could be better is if each palm was sold separately at the same price. Right now it's $40 for a set. Sell palms at $20 a palm and I would like to choose what I want as it is only my top hand that ever wears out and needs to be replaced!

Broke during warm-up Stick felt great but the shaft snapped after only four uses. Very disappointing as it was well within the supposed 30 warranty period. However, True has not returned phone calls or emails. Extremely poor customer service. Apparently according to their website if they were to even consider replacing it I would have to insure and ship a broken hockey stick to the US and even then there are no guarantees they would replace it.

Durable stick Used a 75 flex stick and the stick keeps his flex well after some games. I feel it stays the same flex longer than other sticks. Also pretty light for its price range!
