1- Log in to your account.
2- Click on “My Orders” in the vertical menu.
3- Verify the status of each order in the list.
You must have created an account to access the status of your order.
If you haven’t created an account while completing your order, you can still verify the status of your order by checking your emails. A first email is sent to confirm your order.
A second email is sent when your order is shipped and a tracking number will be provided. This tracking number will allow you to track your package on the carrier’s website.
