Same with my 5.2, this stick has toe durability issues. The toe will fray and chip away within a few hard sessions, and the blade subsequently loses pop. Love the balance of the stick though, can put it anywhere i want. I've got an MC curve (P88) and it tends low which is my preference. I'd probably look at a bauer next time for the durability. The gimmick of this stick is the core insert in the blade which dampens it. I prefer the lightness of the 5.2 over the xc7, but this stick is still incredibly light.
Love my True Sticks form the 4.5 to the Xcore7 - All good.
Love my True Hockey Sticks. From the 4.5 to the Xcore7
True fan. Great stick.
This hockey is awesome!! nice feel and control of the puck.
All True Twigs are solid. Generally they stand up well and have a nice feel to them. This is now exception. While it is heavier than the XCore 9, it is good value and a very good mid-level stick. The XCore 7 is more durable than the XCore 9, so while heavier, it will certainly stand up for a long time.
If you're looking for a solid stick at a good price, you can't go wrong with True. For beer league players, it's good value.
good price from black friday.
sick stick.. top cheds on shinny goalies 4 times out of ten plus bar downskis. any goalies today bra. see ya in the showers
Bâton extrêmement performant. Vaste choix de flex et de courbe. Le bâton peut être sur mesure selon nos préférence. Courbe parfait dans les palettes. Très durable et solide. Bâton a référer sans aucun doute.
After using both Bauer and Sherwood sticks the last few years I decided to buy my first True stick. I was not disappointed. I bought mc curve with 105 flex and completely satisfied. Being 6'6 and 270lbs I found d it nice that True sticks offer a flex over 100. Also great service from hockey supremacy as my stick arrived on a week. Overall the grip and release and control with this stick I found great. Would recommend to buy.
Used Sherwood T-120’s last year. Wanted to switch to True. A couple of buddies told me to stay away from the 6.0 I opted for the XC7 from both price point and feel. So far, so good! Knock on wood! Great feel! Typically a forward. Now playing D. Lesser sticks broken in the last years!!
