What happens when I place an order?

As soon as your order is placed, it is waiting to be processed. While processing your order, we follow rigorous procedures to ensure every order is shipped quickly and in our high-quality standards.

You will automatically receive a confirmation email for your order. You will receive a second email once your order is shipped. Please keep a look on your junk email folder if you don't see our confimation emails in your inbox.
 
 

What is the delay to process my order?

The orders are processed every business day, before 1:00PM. Any order placed after 1:00PM will be processed the next business day.
 
 

Which methods of payment are accepted at HockeySupremacy.com?

We accept Visa, and MasterCard credit cards. We also accept PayPal payments.
 

Is it possible to order out of stock items?

Backorder item
In the case an item that is on backorder the add to cart button will say "backorder" for the options selected. This means we do not have the item in stock at our warehouse, but we can get it from the manufacturer within a 5 to 10 business days period. Simply place your order as if the items were in stock, and expect your shipment to arrive 5 to 10 business days later than the shipping estimate date.

Pre-orders

Reserve your stick or skates before the official launch date to make sure you get yours first! Place your order as you would for an item in stock and we will ship it to you on the release date.

In-store only items
Some rare items are oversized and unfortunately cost more for shipping then the item itself. In those rare instances, you will not be able to add this item to your cart. We keep it visible for customers who are located near our warehouse and would like to get that product directly.
 
 

Why a product is active on the website but no combination seems to be available?

For some products, we might only have a few combinations left in stock. By selecting a first option, you will see the possible combination from this first selection. 
All options must be selected in order to add the item to your shopping bag.

 

Do you have Pro Stock items?

We occasionally receive some Pro Stock items. Unlike regular products, the Pro Stock supply is never guaranteed and changes constantly. Some Pro Stock items might not all be featured on the website.

Why is discount code not working?

If you discount code doesn’t work, it might be expired or might not apply to the items in your shopping cart.

Following a CCM and Bauer minimum advertised price policy, discount codes can’t be applied on CCM elite-level products, and Bauer performance and elite level products. For those items, we invite you to contact us to get a better price than the advertised price.
