How to return an item?

Follow these 5 steps!

Step 1 : Get your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

Login your account and select «Return and exchange» to make a return request. If your request is accepted, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that will help us track your package once it arrives at our warehouse.

Items that are being returned must be in new and unused condition as specified in the Product must be in perfect condition policy.

If you don’t have an online account, contact us and we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.


Step 2 : Prepare your package

Keep the package box in which the article was sent and reuse it to ship your item back. If you don’t have the shipping box, it is your responsibility to package it in a safe and secure way to make sure your item gets to our warehouse in its original condition.

Place the shipping label on top of the previous one or on the package.

Clearly indicate your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the box.


Step 3 : Send back the package

You can choose the carrier of your choice to send back the package at our warehouse, however you are responsible of paying and arranging shipment.

Step 4 : Refund

The refund is processed within 2 business days following the reception of your return. The refund will be applied in the same payment method used for the initial purchase. You will receive an email to confirm the refund once the merchandise has been inspected and the transaction completed.
