Damaged or defective items

All packages are inspected before they ship from our warehouse.

An item that was discovered to be damaged or defective upon reception can be replaced if the item hasn't been used. will replace the item and ship the replacement to you free of charge. We will do everything in our power to ensure that your item is replaced promptly, without hassle. If the item is not available or produced anymore, you will be issued a store credit for the original cost of the damaged item.
