1. What is returnable and not returnable?
All returned hockey gear must be unused, in new condition and resellable. Hockey Supremacy does not take back items that have been used (including sharpened skates or taped sticks). In addition, Hockey Supremacy does not accept returns of closeout hockey equipment, jocks and undergarments and pro stock items.
2. How do I return an item?
Step 1: Contact Hockey Supremacy toll free at 1 (855) 632-8787, by email at email@example.com or via the Live Chat module to get an authorized return number.
Step 2: We will send you a Return Form that you will need to fill. Carefully read the terms and conditions. Put the form in the shipping box.
Step 3: Ship us back your hockey equipment: Hockey Supremacy - 122, Paul-Gauguin, Candiac (Quebec), Canada J5R 6X2. Make sure to put a clear indication of the Return Authorization Number provided on the shipping box.
Step 4: You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for your purchase. It will take 1-2 business days to process your return once we receive the shipment. Please note there is a 15% restocking fee for all hockey gear returns.
Step 5: You will receive an email from Hockey Supremacy confirming the refund.
3. How do I exchange an hockey equipment?
Please follow the same steps listed above for returning an item. You will not be charge a restocking fee, however, you will be charged for the shipping of the replacement item.
4. I broke my stick within the 30-day manufacturer warranty. What do I need to do?
All hockey stick warranties go directly through the manufacturer. We put the instructions in the package for every stick orders. Please contact the manufacturer below to complete your stick warranty:
